 Training Programs
My programs are designed with one goal in mind – to help you get the results that you want. I don't use a one-size-fits-all training method. Instead, we’ll work together to develop an individualized program based on the results of a fitness assessment and in-depth consultation. No two programs are exactly the same, because no two people are exactly the same.

Facilities
Where we work out is up to you. If you’re more comfortable working out in your own home, I’m happy to develop a program that will work for you using whatever tools you have available! Or we can work together in my in-home studio, where I have a variety of equipment, including:
  • Treadmill
  • Elliptical trainer
  • Free weights
  • Resistance bands
  • Swiss balls/Bosu trainer
  • Medicine balls
  • Kickboxing equipment
  • An aerobics/stretching area
